Relaxed but vibrant atmosphere. Tasting menu & wine pairings were amazing - the mussels, leeks, venison were especially outstanding & loved the creativity of the menu. Entire staff was knowledgeable & made the experience magic for a birthday celebration. Perfect way to spend a night in Quebec City.

Delicious food, but the dessert bit too sweet.

The outstanding part is the non alcoholic paring, very stunning. & each paring feels like more tasty & with efforts.

This wasn't a meal it was an experience. We had the tasting menu & every course was delightful in a new way. Well worth it & highly recommend! The service was phenomenal & the food was truly art. They effortlessly accommodated my partner's food sensitivities. The atmosphere, food & aromas tell a beautifully Canadian story of the Boreal forest!

Me & my partner agreed that we cannot remember any dishes we had from that night. None of the dishes were bad, they were just unimpressive food with a fancy dressed up. I had better food elsewhere in a 1-star Resto in Asia & Europe. IMO skip this if flavour is what you're after.
