I highly recommend the dining experience at this restaurant. The service is impeccable, & the wine list is outstanding, featuring truly special labels. I had the pleasure of trying one of the best desserts I've had in a long time-the Champignon-an absolute delight.
The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between sophistication & a relaxed atmosphere. A well-deserved five-star experience! My only regret is living over 1,000 km away. If you're visiting Quebec, make sure to book a table-it's absolutely worth it!
The staff are very kind & attentive, the food was outstanding, & the service is very quick. The atmosphere is warm & cozy with perfect lighting the Quebec-Cola is very tasty & healthier than the original everything is neat & in its place. In the blind tasting option The waiters explain everything about the dish. Overall this was a great experience & i wish to come here more often in the future

Some of the best food I've ever tasted. Super balanced flavours & extraordinary combinations! It's worth dining here solely for their mushroom dessert, or the venison plate. Honestly, everything I tried here was spot on & top-notch. Service was phenomenal; the waitress was super patient & understanding. Unbelievably kind! Nd the restaurant itself is just a beautiful establishment. Super intricate & distinct paintings, overhanging plants that have the whole place a wonderfully natural appeal, comfortable seating & spotless tables. The only thing is, it's not the most family friendly! It has a more quiet & relaxed atmosphere which is perfect for a romantic or more reserved outing. All in all, loved this restaurant & you'd be doing yourself a favour in coming here!

Beau restaurant dans le vieux Québec avec une bonne ambiance & un excellent service. Les mocktails étaient délicieux. 2 des 5 plats que nous avons essayés étaient vraiment trop salés, mais c'était seulement leur deuxième jour avec le nouveau menu, alors peut être qu'ils s'ajusteront. Ils serait aussi intéressant d'inclure des options végétariennes plus protéinées que les champignons comme le tofu, les lentilles ou les fèves de soja.
Que demander de mieux pour cette magnifique journée de l'amour? Le service était impeccable, le repas DÉLICIEUX, un pure délice pour les papilles gustatives! Une ambiance chaleureuse qui donne envie de revenir! Déjà hâte de voir de nouveau les gentilles serveuse qui, croyez moi, connaissance leur menu par coeur! ❤?

Honestly extremely average… My partner & I are foodies who have travelled around the world & across Canada, this was OK. We had the 6 course tasting menu, some of the dishes were very nice others were average at best. Comparing this restaurant to who they are positioning themselves against both in Canada, QC, & abroad, for the money they are charging the quality was just not there. Wine list is nice, service is good. Food & innovative menu was lacking. I would recommend they drop their prices & stop trying to compete at an elite level.
Was so impressed with the menu of hyper local food in the dead of winter- made me excited to come back in another season & see what those ingredients inspire! The wine pairings were particularly joyous, we got the Legende pairing & there was so much variety & such fun interplay with the food. Charming people too.
