Tout simplement DÉLICIEUX. Je voyage pour la nourriture végane & les plats du Mauvaises herbes étaient dignes des plus grands restaurants de NYC & LA. Le copropriétaire Carl est venu nous expliquer les nuances des plats & a pris le temps de nous raconter le parcours du jeune resto, chapeau! Les gnocchis frits étaient crémeux & fromagés à souhait. L'assiette de Mozzarella végane servit avec petite salade était fraiche, avec les morceaux de pêches. Les pogos coréens étaient gourmands & l'assiette de tofu frit, super gouteuse avec les jalapenõs & la coriandre. Je recommande vivement à tous, véganes ou pas. Nous avons aussi opté pour le cocktail Vodka Poire, un petit apéro bien réussit. Félicitations pour ce petit bijou. Si vous n'avez qu'un souper à Québec, c'est le meilleur choix.

Excellent sushi/Maki! On a pri le Calamari comme entrée, c'étais super! Nous Avons partagé la planche "à partager" & c'étais délicieux! Surtout le sushi avec portobello fumé 🤤 je recommande fortement de visiter!! Que vous êtes végane ou non, vous aller aimé! 100% végane & 100% délicieux.

I was surprised at first to enter a bar instead of a restaurant, but don't make the appearances fool you ; what you get is amazing vegan food & absolutely insane cocktails😍 I had the poke bowl, which was excellent, & loved the lemon pie cocktail as well as the sake one. Talked with one of the owners, he was really passionate & it was inspiring:) got a family vibe & I enjoyed my night. Would go back to try the rest of the menu. Especially curious about the eggplant calamari 🤔 warmly recommend if you are in Quebec !

Incroyable expérience! La soupe thaï est à se jeter par terre & les sushis sont savoureux & originaux! En plus, les propriétaires sont gentils & accueillants. Je recommande 100%!
