Tout simplement DÉLICIEUX. Je voyage pour la nourriture végane & les plats du Mauvaises herbes étaient dignes des plus grands restaurants de NYC & LA. Le copropriétaire Carl est venu nous expliquer les nuances des plats & a pris le temps de nous raconter le parcours du jeune resto, chapeau! Les gnocchis frits étaient crémeux & fromagés à souhait. L'assiette de Mozzarella végane servit avec petite salade était fraiche, avec les morceaux de pêches. Les pogos coréens étaient gourmands & l'assiette de tofu frit, super gouteuse avec les jalapenõs & la coriandre. Je recommande vivement à tous, véganes ou pas. Nous avons aussi opté pour le cocktail Vodka Poire, un petit apéro bien réussit. Félicitations pour ce petit bijou. Si vous n'avez qu'un souper à Québec, c'est le meilleur choix.

Merci beaucoup pour ce délicieux repas. C'est comme manger dans une maison libanaise. Une vraie cuisine maison. Le propriétaire est également très sympathique & offre un service & une hospitalité exceptionnels. Un repas délicieux.

Très belle découverte dans Quebec, belles saveurs & plats originaux (à l'aide des épices), entièrement végétaliens & quasi sans gluten, même si personnellement je ne suis pas végétarien ni végétalien, les prix sont très accessibles. Service très bien avec une équipe d'amis qui travaille en symbiose. Bravo, vous méritez d'être connu !

Great vegan food! This is a small, casual restaurant with a short menu. But everything on the menu is vegan, & every offering is fabulous. Beautiful presentation, creative & delicious meals. We had the watermelon gazpacho; the asparagus cream, mushroom & seasonal fruits; & the fried gnocchi & coco-curry. Each dish was more delicious than the other. & the staff were lovely; so helpful & friendly. A short & easy walk from Vieux Quebec. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Quebec City.
