C'était ma 3e visite. J'ai été déçue un peu de la nourriture. Les plats manquaient de saveurs. Les 2 fois précédentes, nous mangions de la haute gastronomie, des trucs inusités. Hier, salade César, côtes levées.... j'ai l'impression que vous avez changé de chef.

Nous avons globalement aimé notre expérience, mais je n'ai pas été impressionné par la qualité de la nourriture. Rondelles d'oignons molle & froide, même chose pour les ribs. Le serveurs semblait fatigué voir irrité de répondre au clients, nous l'avons entendu soupirer à plusieurs reprises, j'ai laissé un pourboire ce que je n'aurais pt pas fait en temps normal.

Notre serveuse Clara était sur la coche, très gentille & a l'affût de nos demande, après seulement 2 mois en service, elle connais le resto comme si elle était là depuis des années 😉

Nous avons été servis par Clara! Une serveuse attentionnée au demande de ses clients & dans sa voix nous sentons sont plaisir de travailler a cette endroit! Nous avons pris le menu decouverte 9 services! Très bon du début a la fin! Fraicheur & beaucoup de gout dans les plats! Je vous recommande l'experience qui vous fera sortir de votre zone de confort! P.s. Ne vous habiller pas trop propre manger cest un peu salissant manger dans le noir ;)

This is probably my favorite restaurant in Quebec. The experience of only being able to touch & taste your food, paired with the exceptional service ( our waitress Florinda was more than amazing) is simply amazing. Portions are great & well paced. Everyone is so kind & funny & the menu changes often so you can come once or twice a year & get to taste new things. There's nothing like it in this city & I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who isn't afraid of the dark !
