La nourriture pourrait être moins élaboré puisque en plus de ne pas la voir on la mange avec les doigts souvent. Le coût pourrait être moindre en agissant ainsi. Miser plus sur l'expérience qui est formidable au lieu de mettre l'accès sur la nourriture.

Suggestion : inviter les gens à aller se laver les mains avant de se diriger à leur table considérant que nous finissons à manger avec les doigts.
Commentaires : nous avions pris l'accord mets-vin. Le choix de vin était bien. Le service de notre serveur Christopher était excellent. Toutefois, pour le prix payé, je m'attendais à un menu plus gastronomique avec plus de saveur, déception à ce niveau. C'est dommage, car pour cette raison, je ne recommanderais pas l'expérience.
