Je fréquente régulièrement les restaurants NO.900, mais mon expérience aujourd'hui à Pizzéria NO.900 - St-Paul m'a laissé un goût amer.

Vers 19 h, j'ai demandé une table sur la terrasse. On m'a répondu qu'on ne prenait plus personne dehors en raison d'un risque de pluie. Je comprends tout à fait cette politique, même si le temps était encore très beau.

Comme j'étais seul, j'ai proposé de simplement changer de table ou de rentrer à l'intérieur si une averse survenait. Refus.

En quittant, j'ai mentionné poliment que c'était dommage, car le restaurant venait probablement de perdre un repas, ainsi que quelques consommations puisque j'avais l'intention de prendre du vin. La réponse de la serveuse a été : « Ce n'est pas grave de perdre deux ventes. »

C'est cette remarque qui m'a vraiment déçu. On peut appliquer les règles d'un restaurant tout en demeurant courtois & en démontrant un minimum d'intérêt envers la clientèle.

La pizza est excellente, mais malheureusement, le service reçu aujourd'hui ne me donne pas envie d'y retourner.

Pizza ended up amazing. However our server ended up putting in the wrong order & we waited an hour for two personal size pizzas. We do not believe our order was prioritized once the mistake was identified is the reason for the low service rating. She said it would be 5 minutes once she identified the error & it ended up being another 30 minutes.

Une très bonne pizzeria avec des produits de qualité & des pizzas savoureuses. Le service est agréable, souriant & efficace, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus appréciable. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter.

Good pizza. Takes a while because its so popular. The cheese pizza has some blue cheese type pizza which might not suite the kids' pallete but grown ups loved it.

Service was mediocre at best.
Lots lots of wait time, both to place order & to actually get the food.
We ordered salad & requested to make it meatless... Salad arrived with meat on top. & when we requested to please replace it & they brought back the same salad bowl with the meat removed, we could still see few specks of bacon on it. It was very obvious coz the dressing was not finished properly on the top.

The pizzas were ok.
