Out of all the casual dining spots we visited during our July 2026 trip to Québec City, this was, without a doubt, my number one choice.
Everything just felt right. The service was warm & attentive, the food was excellent, the prices were fair, & the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. We were also lucky to enjoy a beautiful evening, which made the experience even more memorable.
The pizza was perfectly baked, the salad was crisp & full of flavour, & dessert was the perfect finishing touch. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, & everything came together for a wonderful dining experience.
A place I'd happily return to-& one I can genuinely recommend.

Lots lots of wait time, both to place order & to actually get the food.
We ordered salad & requested to make it meatless... Salad arrived with meat on top. & when we requested to please replace it & they brought back the same salad bowl with the meat removed, we could still see few specks of bacon on it. It was very obvious coz the dressing was not finished properly on the top.
We are from Toronto & came to Quebec City for a weekend visit. Incredible people, culture & food! We found this place & had such an enjoyable dinner. The service was super friendly & the vibe was nice & relaxed. We had an arugula salad, buffalo mozzarella & a wood oven pizza followed by cannoli, ricotta cream brûlée with cappuccino & tea. Everything was fresh & delicious! Totally loved the pizza with its crispy thin crust & the chilli oil was a nice touch! ⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?
Nous avons passé un bon moment à la Pizzeria 900 St-Paul. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt qu'à l'heure prévue de notre réservation & le personnel nous a bien accueilli.. La nourriture , pizza & salade étaient bonnes, l'ambiance était très calme mais c'est normal à ce moment de la journée. Ce fut un arrêt intéressant avant un spectacle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here at the St Paul Location. While our server, Chloe, was initially running service alone when we arrived, this didn't take away from how warm, friendly & attentive she was with us. Chloe even took the time to sit down at our table to share a list of areas to visit in the city - bars, restaurants etc. Now to the food - we ordered the ricotta & artichoke pate & arugula & mozzarella salad with added anchovies (both delicious, fresh & good portions), & we had the capriccio pizza on a gluten free base & the other pizza was the grilled vegetable on a regular base. Both yummy. I've had many sad gluten free bases in my time, & this wasn't one of them. Yes a little more dense & spongy than a traditional Italian base, but it was flavourful & had some bounce & lightness to it (see photo) It was a long way from the usual premade piece of gluten free cardboard most pizza restaurants offer. Very pleasantly surprised. The toppings were generous & it left no room for dessert this time. Thanks Chloe & the Pizzeria No 900 team.
Excellent food. Not so good at service. They don't pace the food & entrées right, by the time Ur pizza arrives u r half way through Ur salad... & the waiter leaves with it
J'ai récemment eu l'occasion de savourer un délicieux repas à la Pizzeria No. 900 & je dois dire que j'ai été absolument enchanté par l'expérience ! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été chaleureusement accueilli par le personnel attentionné & souriant qui m'a guidé avec plaisir à travers le menu. Laissez-moi vous parler de la pizza... Un véritable chef-d'oeuvre ! La pâte, cuite au feu de bois, était parfaitement croustillante & moelleuse à la fois. Les ingrédients, frais & de qualité supérieure, étaient savamment combinés pour créer des saveurs explosives en bouche. Chaque bouchée était un pur délice ! En plus de la pizza exceptionnelle, le menu propose une grande variété d'autres plats alléchants, des salades fraîches aux desserts gourmands. Il y en a pour tous les goûts ! Que vous soyez un amateur de pizza chevronné ou simplement à la recherche d'un délicieux repas en famille ou entre amis, je vous recommande vivement la Pizzeria No. 900. Vous ne serez pas déçu !

We loved our meal & experience at Pizzaria no 900 in Quebec City! We ordered the mild sausage pizza, & added some spicy oil for added flavor. It was really good! Had a caesar salad which was good; a juicy IPA beer was delicious, & a pinot Grigio. Excellent friendly service. Great prices especiallyfor this area. Highly recommend!!!
