Had the organic mushroom pizza, mozzarella dish & an appetizer that I can't remember. They were all excellent! Loved the waitress & the atmosphere, highly recommended
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here at the St Paul Location. While our server, Chloe, was initially running service alone when we arrived, this didn't take away from how warm, friendly & attentive she was with us. Chloe even took the time to sit down at our table to share a list of areas to visit in the city - bars, restaurants etc. Now to the food - we ordered the ricotta & artichoke pate & arugula & mozzarella salad with added anchovies (both delicious, fresh & good portions), & we had the capriccio pizza on a gluten free base & the other pizza was the grilled vegetable on a regular base. Both yummy. I've had many sad gluten free bases in my time, & this wasn't one of them. Yes a little more dense & spongy than a traditional Italian base, but it was flavourful & had some bounce & lightness to it (see photo) It was a long way from the usual premade piece of gluten free cardboard most pizza restaurants offer. Very pleasantly surprised. The toppings were generous & it left no room for dessert this time. Thanks Chloe & the Pizzeria No 900 team.
Having read other reviews, we were so excited to have an opportunity to have an authentic Neapolitan style Diavola pizza which we have had many many times in Europe. I will interrupt this & say the service was fantastic..friendly, prompt, professional - you would not get better service at a 5* restaurant. Now back to the pizza - we were very disappointed & learned that we should have read the menu more closely. The'leoparding' on the bottom of the pizza was fantastic, but it was the toppings that really let us down. This is the first time I have heard of a diavola not having a tomato sauce, nor buffalo mozzerella - all three of us had the same opinion - excellent service, very very nice atmosphere, but disappointing pizza. However, we did see a Margarita Pizza that looked fantastic. Our recommendation - read the menu closely because this is not a European authentic Italian Diavola pizza.
Beautiful place within walking distance from Le Chateau Frontenac. The pizza was good & the dough was definitely one of the best ones I've had, but I thought the pizza was slightly overpriced for what it was. Service was good, but coming from the US we expect a bit more friendliness, so you may think that servers are not being nice, & that's not necessarily the case, it's just a different culture. Their menu offered a great variety of options & drinks. I would definitely recommend the visit.
The pizza is always amazing. Gluten free is available for a charge. The wait staff are attentive. You cannot beat the location in the Old Port. Never disappointed!!!
Best pizza i had in a very long time, charlevoix & pancetta/ fig pizza were flavourful & delicious. Pizza dessert was awesome too. Service was great & fast.
Amazing Napolitano pizzas. Had the 5 mushroom, vegetable & margherita antica pizzas. Great for vegetarians with ample selection of apps. Service was very good & attentive.
