Notre pire expérience de service à vie . Nous avons été dîner en couple au Pizza900 de la rue St-Paul . Alors que le restaurant était peu achalandé , on a été reçu comme si on dérangeait . Notre serveur était bête , clairement il nous faisait sentir comme de trop , comme si on le dérangeait . Il faut se forcer pour donner un si mauvais service . Pas de bonjour , lance pratiquement les menus sur la table , pas de sourire , nous regarde même pas ; tellement que mon conjoint & moi nous sommes demandés si ce n'était pas une blague avec des caméras cachées . Ce même serveur , qui semblait être un gérant & dénommé : « LR » sur la facture , était sur son cellulaire & écoutait des vidéos en même temps de nettoyer les tables qui nous entourait , comme s'il était dans son salon ... Le service & l'ambiance , ça mérite un -10 étoiles . Être les franchiseurs du'' brand'' Pizza900 , j'irais faire un tour dans cette succursale , ce n'est pas normale d'offrir un service si au-dessus de ses affaires & par ce qui semblait être un gérant de la place . Un gros zéro !!!
Excellent service par Louis, qui nous a donné de très bons conseils ! Les pizzas sont très bonnes mais pour la quantité d'ingrédients cela reste assez cher pour une chaîne de pizza.

Les pizzas sont bonne mais un peu cher & c'est dommage mais par exemple sur celle j'ai prise les ingrédients était juste posé elle était bonne mais sans être exceptionnel pour le prix demandé (la plus cher de la carte) mais on peut y manger à plusieurs.
I got an email from the owner to discuss the matter via email. Nope, I wont email you. Have you read the postings carefully & really given consideration on people's experiences, you would not have continued to ger poor ratings. Your staff is racist towards Non-French speaking customers. PERIOD! The waitress, under no circumstances should say to a customer' Have some patience'!, especially when everyone who seated after us had been served, & we already waited 35 minutes for 2 Neapolitan pizza. Average prep time for pizza is 3 minutes!

We were the first to seat & order. 35 minutes later, every table after us was served & our order was not even close to being ready. Two Pizzas - that was the order. We were told to be pationed, as we had an appetizer served already??!!! Neapolitan pizza takes 2-3 minutes to make. We were also suggested not to claim we were starving, because we were not!- a statement from the server. We were the only non- French speaking customers! That is saying a lot to me!
We are from Toronto & came to Quebec City for a weekend visit. Incredible people, culture & food! We found this place & had such an enjoyable dinner. The service was super friendly & the vibe was nice & relaxed. We had an arugula salad, buffalo mozzarella & a wood oven pizza followed by cannoli, ricotta cream brûlée with cappuccino & tea. Everything was fresh & delicious! Totally loved the pizza with its crispy thin crust & the chilli oil was a nice touch! ⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?
