Très déçus par l'accueil. Nous sommes arrivés sans réservation & on nous a dit qu'il fallait attendre 15 min pour une table qui devrait se libérer. Après plus de 40 min d'attente, des personnes arrivent avec une réservation & prennent la table. La personne en charge de nous placer nous a dit que nous n'avions qu'à réserver & qu'une autre table allait se libérer. L'autre table était dans un coin de la salle peu agréable & très bruyante. A aucun moment quelqu'un s'est excusé. Service client absolument lamentable !!!

Lors de notre séjour à Québec, où nous sommes restés deux jours, nous avons dîné à cet endroit les deux soirs ! Malheureusement, nous étions souffrant. Mon épouse avait de la fièvre . Le personnel a été charmant & s'est plié à nos demandes avec courtoisie & sourire. Nous avons trouver l'endroit bruyant, mais quand on a mal à la tête c'est un peu normal, & c'est un peu partout comme cela au Canada. Ce que nous avons mangé, malgré le pauvre choix que nous avons fait était très bon. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet établissement Encore merci à vous pour votre compréhension & votre accueil chaleureux Odile & Frédéric

Trop bruyant, nous avons quitté beaucoup plu tôt que prévu car il était impossible de s'entendre parler. Nous étions deux à notre table & est arrivé un groupe de 4 qu'ils ont placé à quelques cm de notre table. Un groupe qui hurlait pour se parler...c'en était trop. La serveuse n'a pas été compatissante du tout. Nous ne retournerons pas à ce restaurant malheureusement.
