Oui, 3 étoiles pour la cuisine !!! assiettes de pâtes du moment qui était différent pour les 4 personnes a notre table.....Portions de sauce super ,mais plus de pennes dans le creux de vos assiettes aurait été apprécié !!!! sel & poivre, un atout sur les tables !

I tried Sapristi Bistro-Bar in Québec City & found the experience a bit underwhelming. The food was okay - decent flavors but nothing standout. What really stood out was the wait time; my order took much longer to be delivered than expected, which made the experience less enjoyable. Service could definitely be quicker.

We had delicious pasta & pizza here. I had a spicy margarita & my husband enjoyed a lager. Both very good. Service was fairly fast & friendly. Would recommend as a good place to have good quality pasta & pizza & to enjoy a nice drink.
