Très bon service de Pascal & excellente nourriture (le Mac & Cheese est divin!!) La petite table près de la fenêtre avec vue sur la rue St-Jean est idéale pour une sortie romantique! Vraiment, je recommande! Merci Sapristi!

We (2 persons) arrived at Sapristi Saint-Jean for a simple & not too high-priced meal (pasta was the decided dinner for the evening). But in addition to that, we received a pasta classing among the best either of us had ever tasted (neither could recall the last time we had tasted anything similar) & a friendly, attentive service, making the whole dining experience superb. If you like pasta, this is definitely the place to go! The simple yet tasteful ingredients, combined in a manner where every detail compliments the whole, constitutes dishes definitely worth trying (we confirmed our conclusion by trying the other Sapristi in town a few nights later with the same mind-blowing result). I fully recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a simple, calm dining environment with excellent food & service at an astonishing cost-benefit ratio.

Un de nos restos favoris à Québec. On adore les tartares, la salade de roquette (malgré qu'il y ait un un peu trop d'huile), les pizzas... L'ambiance est chaleureuse & les serveurs-serveuses sont hyper-sympathiques.
