Very disappointing experience at Sapristi.

From the moment we arrived, the service was unfriendly & unwelcoming. The staff seemed uninterested, rarely smiled, & made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers.

The wait for our food was extremely long, especially considering the restaurant was not exceptionally busy. Unfortunately, the food was not worth the wait. The dishes we ordered lacked flavor & tasted poorly prepared. Overall, the quality of the food was far below expectations.

Between the poor service, excessive wait time, & disappointing food, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in Quebec City. I would not return & cannot recommend this restaurant.

La nourriture est excellente, on va y retourner c'est certain. Je suggère leur tartare de saumon!

J'ai donné 4 étoiles pour le service car on avait commandé une entrée & nous l'avons jamais reçu. On a pas payé pour heureusement.

Atmosphère/Ambiance: 4 ⭐? car l'endroit est petit. Les tables sont très rapprochées l'une de l'autres; on aurait pu manger dans l'assiette de notre voisin de table.
