Mes collègues & moi (7) allons au Sapristi St-Jean au moins 4 fois par année. J'ai fait la réservation le 22 septembre pour le 3 octobre pour midi & à notre arrivée à 11h55, on avait donné notre table à un autre groupe. Il n'y avait plus de place à l'intérieur. Étant donné qu'ils faisaient très beau, on nous a organisé des tables sur la terrasse côté rue St-Jean. Celle qui est venue répondre à nos questions sur le menu & prendre nos commandes n'avait pas l'air de bonne humeur. C'était évident qu'elle avait son voyage. Ce n'est pas une raison pour ne pas donner un bon service à la clientèle. Par contre, celle qui nous a apporté nos assiettes, nous a donné un excellent service & était très sympathique. C'est la 1ère mauvaise expérience que nous avons chez vous. La bouffe est toujours excellente & nous avons toujours un très bon service rapide. Merci de votre attention porté à mes commentaires. Le service était vraiment moyen , attente ++ pour recevoir ce que nous voulions exemple crème pour le café, tellement long pour recevoir une deuxième consommation que nous lui avons dit de laisser faire. Le tartare de boeuf était fade , la pizza aussi. Bref , nous avions toujours été satisfaits les autres fois mais tout le contraire cette fois-ci.

Ne soyez pas pressé, nous on l'était pas & c'était parfait, comme dans tout bon restaurants le manque de main d'oeuvre est flagrant & ce n'est pas de leur faute.
