Another great spot in Québec! The server is very friendly, & the food & drink here is amazing! & what I really like, as you can see from here: the Cheeezy burger, which is right to point, & with truffle fries & truffle mayonnaise, which is tasty. & the drink here (7th Heaven), well really worth tasting: refreshing. & of course, it's very spacious here.

The first waiter was very pushy & wouldn't let us order the meals we had before. Kept suggesting alternatives to what we wanted. We were there 2 days prior. We had General Tao & Flank Steak from the Classic menu. Great food which is why we came back to have them again.
The flank steak is so tender with flavourful gravy. The Fries are comparable to McDonald's. They need to improve on the fries.
Our waiter seemed to get frustrated that we wouldn't try his suggestions & disappeared.
Minutes later a second waiter came over & all went well. 5 stars to the second waiter. Would highly recommended this restaurant.

We had a great experience at Shaker in Quebec City! The atmosphere was lively, the staff were very friendly, & the drinks were spot on. The food was delicious & well-prepared, especially the burgers which were worth the wait.

The only small downside was a bit of a delay in the kitchen - our burgers took about 35-40 minutes to arrive. However, once they came, the taste & quality really made up for the wait.

Overall, everything else was excellent, & we would definitely come back again.

Not a bad place to eat. We had the steak & fries with vegetables. The shoestring fries were very good. But, being in Quebec City, they did not have moutarde de Dijon??? Another restaurant nearby had moutarde de Dijon that they brought out to me when I inquired. So, I deleted one star for that. The food was good & even the steak, although the waitress didn't aak us how we wanted our steaks cooked. But they were cooked medium & were soft & juicy.

I made a reservation ( which I recommend) for a Thursday where there is a special offer on top graded Beef. Quickly seated by the host she informed us about our waiters name whom appeared shortly after to take out orders.
I stared with an excellent French Onion soup, a rich broth with white wine & beer, topped with croutons & smothered in cheese before the cheese gets broiled atop. After my own, one of the best onion soup since Paris.
For the main course we had the Filet Mignon, ordered medium rare & it came out seated propped & absolutely perfect as ordered. Accompanied with a side of what I believe was red wine jus that was to die for & some perfect cooked shoe string French fries.
I thought of having some dessert but the meal had been too filling to even try.
During my one week stay I had been twice, first time for the just as perfect Burger meal & both times had a excellent experience.
I can highly recommend SHAKERS & Mixtology in Quebec City to anyone wanting an Superior dinner experience.

We ate on a Monday night when there was a promotion for burgers. $15.00 for burgers & fries. The peppered fries dipped in peppered mayo were amazing! We ordered the chicken burger & ultimate cheese. Both were very tasty. Highly recommend this place for burgers if you're touring old Quebec.
