Nous avons fait une commande pour deux personnes, en ligne plus de 3heures avant la récupération de la commande. Nous avons attendu une heure au restaurant, car la commande n'était pas prête. Les employés indiquaient à tous les clients que les commandes seraient prêtes dans 10minutes, alors qu'il s'agissait d'une heure & plus. Ils ont dû se rendre à l'épicerie afin d'acheter les ingrédients manquants. De plus, la qualité des aliments & la présentation laissait beaucoup à désirer. Le personnel était gentil & faisait leur possible, mais le temps d'attente était très long.

Je suis arrivée un bon 20 minutes d'avance à la réservation pour prendre ma commande j'étais prête à attendre sans soucie. Belle surprise quand j'ai vue que ma commande était déjà prête ! Très efficace merci beaucoup c'était délicieux

C'était la première fois que je commandais chez Sushi TAXI.
J'ai fait une commande pour emporter via le site web environ 1h avant de passer chercher ma commande à la succursale de Charlesbourg à 17h45. Arrivé sur place pour récupérer ma commande à l'heure prévue, mais elle n'est pas prête. La commis semble être débordée & des ingrédients sont manquants pour faire les sushis. Après presque 45min d'attente, la commande n'était toujours pas prête. Finalement, la succursale de Ste-Foy a communiqué avec moi par téléphone pour me proposer de préparer ma commande & de ma livrer à mon domicile. J'ai reçu ma commande 2 heures plus tard que prévu (environ 19h30). Les Sushis étaient très bons, mais déçus de la très mauvaise organisation de la succursale de Charlesbourg. Pas certain que je vais faire une nouvelle commande à cet endroit :(
