Was there back in September, but i just found the photo i took so i can add it & write the proper review.
Was there for breakfast & it was pretty busy & they were a little understaffed, but the food was excellent & the service turned out to be really good.
I surely recommend.

My absolute favorite place to eat in all of Quebec. My burger & tuna tartare was incredible, & everyone in my family loved their food as well. I can highly recommend it.

Vraiment pas mal, j'ai adoré le burger cendré
un vrai délice, la poutine n'est pas top & la tomate a la pizza n'est pas maison.

The pork chop was tender & well-balanced - great pairing with cheese, potato, & a flavourful sauce. Recommended.

The fish & shrimp dish completely surprised me.

The skin had this subtle, almost bread-like aroma, with a texture that was gently chewy & lightly crisp at the same time - perfectly balanced, nothing overdone. Paired with the creamy sauce, the whole dish felt incredibly smooth & layered.

The fish itself was firm & satisfying, & the combination actually reminded me of a refined savory cake rather than a typical fish dish. The sides were thoughtful too - crisp greens, mashed potatoes that melted in the mouth, & a touch of tomato for brightness.

Everything felt intentional & well composed. Simple, elegant, & very memorable.

Food was amazing! I had braised beef jowl & it was excellent! Definietly best food I've had in Quebec & in a long time. dessert- creme brulee & chocolate fondant is to die for. Highly recommend! Great location too.
Will be my go to spot when in Quebec.
Service is quick & professional.
Dont hesitate to eat here. You will not be disappointed.

The food was amazing, the atmosphere is very dark & cozy, perfect for a date night. The staff were friendly & welcoming! Would definitely recommend & would come back!

It was very cold outside & after a long day of tours we wanted just soup & salad before bedtime. This is a charming atmosphere with friendly staff. The food was very good & prices are fair. There are a lot of rooms - including a back room with a pool table off the bar area. We would highly recommend. Strategic location opposite the Fairmont on the square.

My mom & I visited in July, & came here twice in the few days we visited. We loved sitting outside & the food was delicious. The servers were so friendly & it was fun to people watch where we were sitting. Highly recommend to come here for drinks & food. We went during lunch time.
