Excellente expérience. Juste à côté du château Frontenac, nous avons été très bien accueilli dans cette salle bien décorée. Service impeccable, plats très bons. Très belle surprise. À recommander !

Essen war der Hammer. Das Fleisch wurde würzig und auf den Punkt gegart. Beilagen ebenfalls top. Etwas gar viel Pommes!
Die Atmosphäre gemütlich und entspannt. Wir hatten etwas Pech, dass zwei größere Gruppen um u s herumsassen und so der Lärmpegel, zusammen mit den laufenden Bildschirm-Musikvideos (die brauchts eigentlich nicht!), recht hoch war.

I've dined at Bistro 1640 a few times, & that terrace is amazing, prime people watching in Old Quebec! The 17th century building's stone beams ooze historic charm. The food's consistently tasty, hitting all the right spots. Service could be a bit more attentive, but the staff's warmth makes up for it. Such a cozy spot!
