Une excellente expérience au Bistro 1640 ! Tout était absolument délicieux, de la soupe au tartare, chaque plat était savoureux & vraiment bien préparé. 🤩

Le service était incroyable : attentionné, chaleureux & professionnel. L'ambiance était également parfaite, très agréable & conviviale. & le choix de la musique était vraiment excellent, ça ajoutait une super touche à l'expérience ! 🎶

On a passé un très beau moment du début à la fin. Je recommande vraiment le Bistro 1640, tout était délicieux & l'expérience était parfaite. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

We had a great birthday dinner for our dear friend Gold & our server Juliet took good care of us. She was outstanding! Brought out a dessert in the end with birthday sparklers & sang happy birthday together with the other servers. Food was amazing & the ambience feels very classic Paris bistro!

The food was absolutely delicious - everything we ordered was fresh, flavourful, & beautifully prepared. We were also so happy that they welcomed our dog on the patio, which made the experience even better.

Great food, welcoming atmosphere, & genuinely friendly service. We had such a wonderful time & would happily come back again. Highly recommend!

Waiter was very cold & not very good at his job. Made many mistakes at our table & those around us. We're pretty sure he mocked our pronunciation of crème brûlée, & not in a jokey fun way. Wait times were very long even though the restaurant seemed quite empty. Apparently they only had one bartender so the drinks took a long time too. Burrata was good, bolognese was great, escargot was good, crème brûlée was great. They say us next to a speaker & we had to basically yell at each other.

Food was good quality, friendly staff. Was really busy & it was a bit overstimulating, but overall I'd go again if I'm in Quebec. Cuisse de canard, pizzas & burgers were all good portion size & desserts were nice.

The food is on the expensive side & the portion size is also smaller than expected . But the taste is good . We ordered a veg pizza & cake . The ambience is nice . The service was good.

Nous avons été super bien servi, la terrasse est confortable avec belle vue.

La nourriture était superbe, le canard, le porc ainsi que tartare de boeuf était un délice. Cest sans parler du dessert, le cheesecake Dulce de leche.

Prix très raisonnable pour la qualité, j'y retournerais demain.
