Très bien sous tout rapport. La serveuse qui m'a conseillé à juste titre la crème brûlée à l'érable était super attentionnée.

The food was okay, but overall the experience was very disappointing. After we finished our mains, no one came by to check on us & we waited for quite a while. We had already placed our dessert order, but were asked to repeat it multiple times, which was frustrating. The service felt very disorganized lol

Expérience franchement déplorable.

On nous propose une offre : pour un plat acheté, une crème brûlée offerte. Très bien, ça donne envie. Sauf qu'au moment du dessert… surprise : ce n'est plus une crème brûlée, mais un autre dessert imposé, sans explication claire.

Quand on fait remarquer qu'on souhaitait simplement ce qui était annoncé - d'autant plus qu'il y avait des crèmes brûlées disponibles - on nous répond que la crème brûlée est finalement… en supplément. Donc l'offre de départ ne veut plus rien dire.

La situation aurait pu être rattrapée avec un peu de bon sens & de professionnalisme, mais non : serveuse visiblement agacée, ton désagréable, puis appel du responsable de salle qui, au lieu d'apaiser les choses, nous fait passer pour des idiots.

Publicité trompeuse, service désagréable & aucune remise en question. Une expérience à évite

Notre repas était vraiment très réconfortant avec des saveurs superbes !
Le service était impeccable avec des serveurs très attentifs pro & symptomatiques .
L'ambiance générale est très chill & agréable
Je recommande vraiment ce lieu si vous souhaitez faire une pause face au château de Frontenac
