Client régulier de bières & frites Lévis, je suis déçu du service de ce samedi soir. Arrivé à 20:25 alors que la fermeture est à 21:00, les chaises sont relevées, le sol est fraîchement nettoyé & donc glissant, on a l'impression que c'est déjà fermé. On demande & on nous répond : on est ouvert jusqu'à 9 heures mais on a que de la poutine régulière. Donc autant annoncer clairement que ça ferme à 20h30. Ok, dommage on voulait une régulière & une poulet pop Corn, au final ça sera juste une familiale régulière... Arrivé chez nous, ça n'a pas l'air aussi remplir que d'habitude & puis il y clairement pas beaucoup de frites. (qui étaient trop cuites & qui n'avaient pas l'air fraiches) Bref, on aimerait avoir un beau service comme habituellement, mais si c'est comme ça plus souvent, & bien on reviendra moins souvent. C'est bien d'avoir un bon rapport qualité/prix, mais il ne faudrait pas oublier le service non plus.

Super service à la clientèle. Bon accueil. Première fois à ce restaurant. Dès notre arrivée, bonne prise en charge & bonne vulgarisation des particularités de ce restaurant. Bravo Marie-Lou & Juliette! Première fois & pas la dernière. Super ambiance. Excellent rapport qualité/ prix. Félicitations!
