We had dinner at this little gem in downtown Gaspé, & I couldn't be happier with the experience.
The service was exceptional-quick, friendly, professional, & genuinely warm. We were fortunate enough to be looked after by the owner, Sarah, who made us feel truly pampered & welcome.
The food was outstanding. We started with the smoked trout appetizer, which was both creative & beautifully presented. It was absolutely delicious.
For our mains, we ordered the halibut & the shrimp poutine. I cannot say enough about the halibut-it was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, & beautifully plated. I hadn't had poutine in a very long time, & I'm so glad I chose it. It was expertly prepared, with a delicate white sauce that complemented the crispy fries & sweet shrimp perfectly.
We enjoyed a perfectly chilled Pinot Grigio with our meal & finished with an excellent espresso & cappuccino.
What impressed us most was the staff. Everyone moved efficiently & gracefully, welcoming guests, delivering dishes, & patiently explaining the menu-all with genuine smiles & kindness.
We left thoroughly impressed & grateful for such a wonderful dining experience. We wish Sarah & the entire team continued success & all the very best. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Food was very good. No complains at all. Soups were great, seafood fresh & cooked well.
Services was very friendly & quick. Accommodation for diet restrictions were handled well
One thing, its a but cramped inside. Seated 4 people at a table we had no room for anyone to order even another drink. They had set up for a large parts of 12+ so it seems that we suffered for it. But the overall vibe was great. Would recommend
Very nice restaurant , tasty fresh seafoods. As the restaurant is in downtown & just infront of federal office buildings & banks, it's difficult to find parking. Free parking on weekend , paid parking on weekdays . roadside parking. Most of the employees are bilingual & can communicate in English , good service. When you are in Gaspe, try some foods from this restaurant .

Brise Bise is a gem! The service was excellent - friendly, attentive, & welcoming from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients & great flavor in every dish. The atmosphere was cozy yet lively, perfect for a relaxed evening out. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this spot is definitely worth a visit. Can't wait to come bacck
As soon as we arrived in Gaspé, the first thing I wanted to try was lobster-& we found the perfect place! This restaurant served a perfectly cooked lobster sandwich that was absolutely delicious-fresh, flavorful, & so satisfying. My husband ordered pizza with fries, & both were surprisingly great as well! The atmosphere was great, & the waiter was cute!
Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting Gaspé & looking for a tasty, satisfying meal!
Highly recommend this bistro in Gaspé-I loved it so much I went three times in two days! The dishes are super fresh & generously portioned. The salmon tartare is my absolute favorite-big, fresh chunks with perfect seasoning, so good you can't stop eating it on its own! The seafood soup is a winter dream, packed with fresh seafood that boosts your appetite. The shrimp poutine is also amazing-the shrimp are big & fresh. Even the seafood crouton is incredibly satisfying. I also grabbed a Lobster Club Sandwich for camping, & the simple seasoning really let the sweetness of the lobster shine. Huge thanks to this bistro for making my trip even more perfect!
Is truly a gem in Gaspé! We came for the lobster nachos, which were every bit as amazing as we'd heard-perfectly indulgent & packed with fresh lobster. But there's so much more to love here. The staff goes above & beyond, combining friendly & attentive service with a warm welcome that makes you feel right at home. The views over the bay are absolutely stunning, giving an unforgettable backdrop to the meal. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance of charm & nostalgia, making it feel both special & comfortable. This place is a must-visit for anyone passing through Gaspé. Brise B has it all-fantastic food, breathtaking views, & a vibe you just can't replicate
The food, surroundings & decor are so colourful & fresh, it's hard not to enjoy both. My wife & I as well as two others had a great lunch here. The service was friendly & the food delicious. I ended up having the trout as that was the catch of the day & it didn't disappoint. Delicious food & a great location.
