We had the pleasure of dining at Boefish Saguenay on July 4, 2026, & it was truly an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The food was exquisite, beautifully presented, & absolutely delicious. The quality of the ingredients & the attention to detail were evident in every bite.
The service was also outstanding. Our waitress, Kim, was professional, attentive, friendly, & made our evening even more enjoyable. She contributed to making the entire experience memorable.
Although it is a higher-end restaurant, the price was absolutely worth it for the quality of the food, the service, & the overall experience. From the delicious seafood to the beautiful dessert, everything was outstanding.
A wonderful evening & a restaurant we would gladly recommend. We look forward to returning! 🦞🍰✨
Quel bon repas! Tout était délicieux! Le steak juste à point tel que demandé, les légumes frais & goûteux, le dessert succulent, le tout accompagné d'un bon vin & d'un service impeccable. Oui, le Boefish est plutôt dispendieux mais le repas vaut chaque dollar dépensé. C'est le meilleur restaurant de Saguenay, point final. Vous ne vous tromperez pas en y allant.

I was really craving a juicy tender T bone or Porter House steak , but unfortunately they were not available on a Thursday night. I settled for the duck. The duck was unfortunately very tough & I never bothered to finish it. The waitress apologized & offered me a free dessert. This was my first time eating here & probably my last. If your going to charge 5 star restaurant prices then you should stand behind your 5 star quality. I mean seriously ! You offer me a free dessert for unacceptable main course meal ?!
Entree delicieuse, ambiance chaleureuse, dessert très bon mais je trouve que le plateau à partager est beaucouo trop dispendieux pour ce qui est offert. Plusieurs choses a partager certes mais beaucoup de légumes & de patates (frites, garnie & pilées). J'aurais aime un peu de tout du menu. Je vais probablement y retourner mais je vais opter pour un mets à la carte…
Une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle du début à la fin! Alexandre nous a offert un service impeccable : chaleureux, drôle, attentif & dévoué. De l'entrée au dessert, en passant par les vins & les cocktails, chaque détail était parfait. Un moment à revivre sans la moindre hésitation! Une expérience à savourer pleinement !
Personnel très gentils Les cocktails sont corrects pas exceptionnel comme on L'attendrait d'un resto de ce type Repas bon mais rapport qualité prix pour le menu de Noël cher . Nous avons même payé un supplément de dessert qui ne nous A pas été mentionné mais en même temps il ne restait que ça ou des mignardises du menu … Mais c'est correct :)
C'était super bon j'ai pris l'entrée de foie gras un délice... ensuite le filet mignon 7 oz avec purée de pomme de terre & légumes du moment ça fondais dans la bouche & que dire du dessert mousse au chocolat noir je me suis régaler du début à la fin
Vraiment un beau restaurant propre avec une belle ambiance. Le service est impeccable & que dire de la nourriture juste excellente! Nous avons pris le velouté de poireau & les raviolis au champignons en entrée. J'ai pris le tartare de boeuf avec un à côté de mac N cheese au bacon. Le tartare était bon comme tout tartare traditionnel, mais le mac N cheese lui est vraiment underrated ! Vraiment goûteux & délicieux pour un léger extra de 15$. Avoir su je l'aurais pris en entrée. Ma conjointe à pris les mignardises en dessert. Ils étaient léger & très bon. Je recommande fortement ce restaurant !!!
Comme vous le savez déjà je suis plus gourmand que la moyenne des ours & cette fois ci Je me suis laissé tenter par ce restaurant. Tout les restaurant qui sont rattaché à un hôtel ne sont pas tous gage d'excellence. Celui-ci est excellent. Le service est courtois le menu est variés & un seul bémol il annonce leurs desserts avec la crème glacée Häagen-Dazs & ce n'es pas de la Häagen-Dazs. Je fut déçu de voir que le prix de ma tarte aux pommes est resté le même. Je suis gourmand & cette gourmandise fait que je peux critiquer cet élément. Svp Messieurs Dames corriger la situation où retirer le du menu.
