An exquisite dining experience at Boefish Saguenay!

We had the pleasure of dining at Boefish Saguenay on July 4, 2026, & it was truly an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The food was exquisite, beautifully presented, & absolutely delicious. The quality of the ingredients & the attention to detail were evident in every bite.

The service was also outstanding. Our waitress, Kim, was professional, attentive, friendly, & made our evening even more enjoyable. She contributed to making the entire experience memorable.

Although it is a higher-end restaurant, the price was absolutely worth it for the quality of the food, the service, & the overall experience. From the delicious seafood to the beautiful dessert, everything was outstanding.

A wonderful evening & a restaurant we would gladly recommend. We look forward to returning! 🦞🍰✨

I was really craving a juicy tender T bone or Porter House steak , but unfortunately they were not available on a Thursday night. I settled for the duck. The duck was unfortunately very tough & I never bothered to finish it. The waitress apologized & offered me a free dessert. This was my first time eating here & probably my last. If your going to charge 5 star restaurant prices then you should stand behind your 5 star quality. I mean seriously ! You offer me a free dessert for unacceptable main course meal ?!

I was expecting something with more of a quality culinary experience seeing as the hotel is a 5 star experience. Unfortunately the food is over priced & lacking in flavor & quality. The service on the other hand is top notch & helps saves it from being a bad experience. There are a lot more local restaurants that offer a better quality at a lower price. Do not recommend.
