We had the pleasure of dining at Boefish Saguenay on July 4, 2026, & it was truly an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The food was exquisite, beautifully presented, & absolutely delicious. The quality of the ingredients & the attention to detail were evident in every bite.
The service was also outstanding. Our waitress, Kim, was professional, attentive, friendly, & made our evening even more enjoyable. She contributed to making the entire experience memorable.
Although it is a higher-end restaurant, the price was absolutely worth it for the quality of the food, the service, & the overall experience. From the delicious seafood to the beautiful dessert, everything was outstanding.

La cuisine est vraiment savoureuse, les plats sont soignés & pleins de goût. Mais ce que j'ai particulièrement aimé, c'est la cuisine ouverte avec le miroir au plafond qui permet de voir les cuisiniers travailler & préparer les plats presque en direct. J'ai trouvé le concept original & très immersif, cela apporte une vraie touche de transparence & d'élégance à l'expérience.

Oui, le Boefish est plutôt dispendieux mais le repas vaut chaque dollar dépensé. C'est le meilleur restaurant de Saguenay, point final. Vous ne vous tromperez pas en y allant.
Le steak était délicieux, la cuisson parfaite & les huîtres excellentes. Florence & le directeur nous ont offert un service de hors pair. La margarita épicée & la sangria rouge étaient délectable. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce souper en amoureux. Merci au Boefish de Saguenay, nous reviendrons sûrement.
Tout comme celui de Sherbrooke, le boe fish est sans doute un des meilleurs, ou le meilleur resto de la ville de Saguenay. Si vous allez à ce restaurant & que vous l'aimez arrêter de chercher c'est la place. Huître, pétoncles, faux filet sont des gros gros must. Le personne est professionnel & très très aimable. Je suis arrivé à 15 minutes de la fermeture & on m'a servi un repas mémorable. On en veut un à Trois-Rivières, wow
