Tu as envie de mordre dans d'la viande c'est la place ! Service souriant de la part d'Ariane. Place confortable & lieu joliment agencé Les cocktails sont bons, la carte des vins pour tous les goûts. Arrive le tomahawk sur la table ... La cuisson de la viande rien à redire une qualité extra & généreuse, les champignons en extra sont en quantité & très bon. La purée est fluide elle est bien assaisonnée mais je mettrai un B- pour les légumes qui accompagnent la pièce de boeuf ... légumes croquants certes mais pas du tout assaisonnés ... en superposition ... ils sont triste en bouche & franchement pas intéressant.. la sauce au poivre je suis mitigée sur le fait qu'elle soit faite maison elle me rappelle la BERTHELET... Mais de toute manière saucer une pièce si bien cuite & si bonne serait un sacrilège. Boefish ! Tu connais ta viande ! Tu gères la cuisson & ton service est mignon ! Mais tes légumes ont besoin d'être aimés davantage ! Si j'y retournerai ? Certainement !

J'ai testé l'expérience Boefish, un plateau dégustation selon le choix du chef avec un assortiment de viandes & poissons, un vrai délice. Mention spéciale pour notre serveuse Isabelle qui nous a présenté les viandes & merveilleusement conseillé pour le vin. Un 5 étoiles, c'est ce que ce restaurant mérite !
