Absolutely delicious! This place is an absolute gem in Québec City. The bagels were incredibly tasty, the prices were very reasonable, & the atmosphere was so cozy & welcoming. The people working there were genuinely kind & friendly.

We even took some pictures because everything looked as good as it tasted! We truly believe we resolved our morning with the perfect breakfast spot.

To all tourists coming to Québec: this is the place you must try for breakfast. Highly recommended - 10/10 experience!

This ended up being a highlight of our trip to Quebec. A little walk out of the tourist district is a great way to see the town. The atmosphere inside is cozy & welcoming. The menu offers not just bagels, but sandwiches & breakfast plates for every taste from vegan to indulgent carnivore. We actually felt lucky (& a bit smug) about finding it. You will be glad you made the effort to eat here!

It's clear that locals love these bagels, so here's my attempt at an honest review as a visitor. I visited Bügel Fabrique on a weekday, sitting outside, & by myself. The shop had high reviews so I was excited. The shop also has a cute patio out front w enough shade on a sunny day. I observed folks pull up, run in & run out w bags of bagels so it's clear people may love & frequent: therefore, take my review with a grain of salt. Service upon arrival was friendly. The two staff behind the counter were very kind despite my limited French. I'm thankful for their kindness. There were two staff managing drinks & orders; it was clear that the staff:customer ratio was unfair, leading to poorer service for those dining in. For a bagel place the bagel should be good! Mine was dense (picture attached) & flavorless. The veggie pate & jam were fine but overall uninspiring & didn't add any real flavor to the breakfast. I'm still pretty shocked to see all the 5 star reviews. Save your bagel $ for a flight to New York.

This bagel place offers a great variety of breakfast & brunch options. I trully enjoyed their grilled brie bagel with apples & pecans. The waitress was friendly & nice. However, me & my family went their on Sunday & were suprprised to learn that such a popular place has only one cook to prepare food for several tables at the same time. Because of that we had to wait for our order over 45 min, which is unaccaptable in my opinion.
