The bagel itself has an unusual, very crispy texture that is quite good if eaten hot. However, the service is incredibly slow. Waiting 25 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese & butter (& 10 minutes just for water) is unacceptable. There is a difference between a laid-back vibe & poor organization. To make matters worse, the tall, curly-haired waitress was rude when the wait was mentioned, claiming they'prioritize.'
They really need to learn how to handle quick-turnover items. Decent food, but frustratingly poor service.
We started as dine-in but was relieved to get the food eventually & happy to walk out with food in a bag.
Really nice, friendly & relaxing place to grab breakfast. I wasn't thrilled by the price, given what it was, but would still recommend for a good bite to eat. Phenomenal cream cheese!

The food was mediocre at best (although the cheese was likely from a cheap supermarket), but the waitress was incredibly unprofessional. I had left my hat there by accident, & when my wife went back to ask for it, the waitress couldn't care less & didn't bother looking at all. When I went a little while later, it was right there but she said it's'not my job' when I asked why she didn't even check. She was rude & unfriendly.

2. Le Brie Fondant - I dont think I get the name correctly. But I love this bagel so much. The apple, pecan & cheese combined so well. I love the sweet & salty.

The best bagels I had in Quebec. The person serving us (Gabriel) was the nicest person I met in Quebec. Great service. Great taste. Great atmosphere. Welcoming & polite staff. Even the coffee is good. Must visit & must try. Bagel with cream cheese & jam is must try.
