Le Bügel est un incontournable à Québec! Situé dans une petite rue calme proche du Vieux Québec, le Bügel offre les meilleurs bagels en ville. L'endroit est charmant, joliment décoré…La jolie terrasse nous donne l'impression de prendre un petit déjeuner à Paris. Je le recommande à tous mes amis! Allez-y, vous serez conquis :-)
Repas en terrasse, le service est très courtois. Nous avons commandé un bagel saumon & un smoke meat c'était délicieux! Une belle adresse je recommande fortement cet établissement.

The place in itself is wonderfully cozy. It's rather small which adds to the charm, but it also means that if you wanna eat onsite you have to either get lucky or go at a calm time. Their onsite offering is very good, a wide array of bagels with tons of toppings, & the ones we tried were very satisfying & afforable. You can also just buy bagels as takeout, & honestly they're just as good, it really shows that they're made in-house & made with care. An amazing place that I highly recommend!

Stopped by Bugel Fabrique de Bagels in the afternoon & was pleasantly surprised! Even after lunch hours, the bagels were fresh & tasty. The staff were warm, welcoming, & attentive, which made the visit all the more enjoyable. A great spot for a late bite or a casual coffee break. Highly recommend!
