Nothing crazy as we thought, after seeing many videos online. Our bagels were very hard to chew & sandwiches needed more flavour. Service is a bit slow even if the sitting area is small. A bit pricey for what it is.
This place is heaven for Vegetarians! All the bagel au gratin's we had were excellent. Service also great. The fact that this is almost a 40 year old restaurant was a cherry on top.

Stopped by Bugel Fabrique de Bagels in the afternoon & was pleasantly surprised! Even after lunch hours, the bagels were fresh & tasty. The staff were warm, welcoming, & attentive, which made the visit all the more enjoyable. A great spot for a late bite or a casual coffee break. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious! This place is an absolute gem in Québec City. The bagels were incredibly tasty, the prices were very reasonable, & the atmosphere was so cozy & welcoming. The people working there were genuinely kind & friendly.
We even took some pictures because everything looked as good as it tasted! We truly believe we resolved our morning with the perfect breakfast spot.
To all tourists coming to Québec: this is the place you must try for breakfast. Highly recommended - 10/10 experience!

Super adresse où nous avons mangé de très bons bagels pour le brunch. Café filtre à volonté, les bagels sont servis avec des fruits. Serveurs très gentils & chaleureux, je recommande !
Be prepared to wait. There WILL be a line, understandably because it is a small place, but the slowness of service causes the delay. So be prepared to wait to get in & wait to have your food served to table. I had to reorder after more than 30 min because they didn't have one of the main ingredients for my order. The food overall is pretty medicore, great that it is locally sourced, but be mindful that the "organic juices" are "organic" store-bought juices. The oatmeal was great thought, probably the highlight for this bagel spot.
