Located on the edge of the St. Lawrence River, La Sucrerie offers an unforgettable part of sugar. Enjoy good taffy on snow even in summer (all year). Traditional meals, great brunch every Sunday from 11 am to 14 pm. Barbecue on request. In summer: roast guinea corn and some oysters. Family parties and groups. L'ambiance était chouette, mais nous étions 4 au bout d'une table avec un groupe de 15 qui nous faisait sentir qu'il ne voulais pas que nous soyons la. Ils voulaient la table pour eux seul & ils l'ont montrer tout au long du repas en lançant des remarques. De plus, il y avait un seul ensemble de condiments au milieu de la grande table, ce qui ne facilitait pas le service. Surtout si on considère que c'est des tables de 20 places. & avec un groupe qui nous ignorait parce que nous n'étions pas de leur "famille", c'était frustrant. Le service était bien mais pas exceptionnel. La nourriture pareil. C'était bon, mais pas de la à en faire un overdose.
