Located on the edge of the St. Lawrence River, La Sucrerie offers an unforgettable part of sugar. Enjoy good taffy on snow even in summer (all year). Traditional meals, great brunch every Sunday from 11 am to 14 pm. Barbecue on request. In summer: roast guinea corn and some oysters. Family parties and groups. Sale and explanations of maple products. Dance hall, traditional music, modern and disco. Special rates for groups. Capacity: 200-250 people.

Sucrerie parfaite selon mon opinion. En plus de la superbe vue sur le fleuve, stationnement en bonne quantité, ambiance avec accordéoniste & folklore, nourriture savoureuse & portions plus que généreuses. Service rapide & souriant. Tire sur neige à la fin👌🏽juste parfait!!

Visite à 9h du matin, la nourriture était excellente & chaude, le personnel était souriant & veillaient à ce qu'ils manquent de rien, le personnel extérieur ( tours de chevaux, tire sur glace) était tous souriant & intentionné, merci, belle avant midi en famille

Après avoir parcouru une route très bancale & après avoir été traîné par un tracteur jusqu'à notre destination, j'ai pu savourer pâque dans une ambiance chaleureuse & qui me donnait envie d'embrasser mes racines québécoises. Musique, chanson, festin gourmand & même si se festin n'était pas le meilleur il savait apportez la chaleur à la demeure. Pour finir, chasse au coco, tire d'érable & balade avec des chevaux. Bref si pâque était un endroits & bien ça serait sous ce toit.

This is a must see experience if you are visiting Quebec. We happen to be there during maple season. It was cold but the atmosphere is so warm & inviting. The dinner was really delicious & homey. We were able to see the whole process of making the syrup & were able to sample maple candy that we made in the snow. The staff was so friendly & patiently answered all of our questions. We left with full bellies that is for sure. Unfortunately, we were not there during live music performances but I bet it's great.

Mehhh…. A 50$ par personne, tu croirais que ça pourrait être chaud & généreux. Ce qui nest pas la cas. Dommage.
