Located on the edge of the St. Lawrence River, La Sucrerie offers an unforgettable part of sugar. Enjoy good taffy on snow even in summer (all year). Traditional meals, great brunch every Sunday from 11 am to 14 pm. Barbecue on request. In summer: roast guinea corn and some oysters. Family parties and groups. Sale and explanations of maple products. Dance hall, traditional music, modern and disco. Special rates for groups. Capacity: 200-250 people.

Le personnel est sympathique & disponible, la nourriture excellente & la tire l'est tout autant. Site superbe avec randonnée en carriole à chevaux. Je recommande à 100%.

Soupe aux pois très bonne. Omelette froide. Fèves au lard trop sucrées à notre goût. Pour le reste, c'était ordinaire. La tire très bonne.

Our family had the best experience we have ever had at a cabane a sucre. They were very accommodating to my Anglophone husband. They gave a wonderful before & during, dining experience. One of the owners plays the accordion & knew so many songs, both familiar to us & more local. We all were able to sing & act out parts of many of them. He really made the songs fun! We all had a great dance routine with the other patrons.
The food was awesome. All tasted so fresh & tasty!
Loved the ambiance of sitting so close to the river & watching the ice floes pass by.
