Our Story
A friendly landmark where you can make great local discoveries, in the kitchen and at the bar! The place where we meet for breakfast, for lunch, as well as in the evening, to eat and drink well. Our Chef Marie-Chantal Lepage presents inventive and comforting market cuisine in addition to reserving pride of place for local Quebec products. She works closely with the producers of the region and she always has a story to tell for each of the dishes on her menu. The wine list offers a variety of classics and private imports, while the cocktail menu rounds out the mix by highlighting local seasonal flavors. With its gourmet menu, impeccable service and warm atmosphere, it's hard to resist the urge to spend the rest of your evening there! A little history of the name
CABU: As the ice froze the ships in the St. Lawrence, grafting themselves to the shore, connecting the banks, the inhabitants enjoyed a natural connection between the villages to come together. On this ephemeral passage there was a merchant who made you forget the cold, by offering edible happiness, new flavors and perfumes from elsewhere. Cabu. With a rich tradition of exchange and meeting, Cabu has traded the waters for the highlands. Sharing with his guests, his taste for the land and for discovery.

Super!! Le resto gagnerait à être un peu moins ouvert sur l'accueil de l'hôtel. Mais malgré cela, une belle expérience, nourriture & cocktail fantastique & un très bon service!

Pas assez thé vinaigrette dans la salade. Je n'ai reçu qu'une pétoncle & 2 crevettes pour une salade pétoncles/crevettes je m'attendais à plus.

Both of our breakfasts were great! Appreciated being able to make reservations for all meals. Choice selection was more than very satisfactory. A+. Dinner was superb! A++. Wait person Matisse was excellent.

Ris de veau & moelle excellents tout comme l'entrée de melon! Le burger bon mais servi avec des frites trop grasses... Le dessert au chocolat:divin! Nous y retournerons.

Buffet-brunch du dimanche avec choix de nourriture classique & d'excellente qualité. Les plateaux étaient approvisionnés régulièrement & il ne manquait de rien. Très bons smoothies & barre d'énergie!
Notre serveuse était Nadia, elle était très aimable & nous a offert un excellent service.
