In addition, Thursday evenings are animated by LIVE music, offering customers a festive atmosphere. For birthday celebrations and small groups, the CABU lodge is a semi-private room for up to 30 people.

"CABU" FOR CABOULOT

CABU Boire et manger is named in honor of the "caboulots", small ephemeral shacks erected on the ice of the St. Lawrence River in the 19th century. Before the Quebec Bridge was built, the waters of the river froze, creating a natural bridge. When crossing this ice bridge, locals used to stop off at the little "caboulots" where a merchant would offer edible happiness to help them forget the cold. This transformed the journey into a festive moment.

CHEF MARIE-CHANTAL LEPAGE - BIO
