We were there before boarding the Norwegian Gem. We only got dessert, but WOW! We got the revelation (I think that's what it was called). Unfortunately, we didn't get a photo, but it deserves one. Recommend.

The menu was very limited & felt a bit pretentious. We spent most of the day traveling & ate at this restaurant because we were staying in the hotel & we were exhausted. I had the lasagna rolls & they were fairly good. My husband had the steak & said it was just ok. Our server, appeared to be untrained because she did everything one at a time, which caused her to run to the back frequently & slowed down service because the restaurant was very busy. After we told her we were done we still waited over 30 minutes while she ran around taking care of everyone else, never coming by to check on us, yet frequently passing our table. I made eye contact with her, at some point, & she nodded like she knew we needed her assistance. When she finally came over she very rudely looked at me & said, in an inpatient tone, "YES?!" She had been overtly rude to us thoroughout the dinner but this was the culmination of it. All of the servers appeared to be wearing their own clothes, no uniforms, & certainly no uniformity. One server was wearing a Modelo t shirt. I thought he was a busboy at one point & then I realized he was actually a server. If you want to have a 5 star restaurant, then have a 5 star restaurant where your servers dress appropriately, speak to the customers with respect, provide excellent service, & have the training needed to perform these tasks quickly & effectively. I've had better food & better service at every other restaurant I've visited in Quebec & I would leave the hotel to eat even if I were starving.

We had a party of 7. They had our table ready when we got there. The food was good but a little frufru for us. We had a Guest with a dairy allergy but there was nothing on the menu she could eat. The rest of us found food we liked & it was tasty. They spoke great English!

Disappointing establishment within Hilton Quebec. Let's start with pros. Great atmosphere & beautifully decorated. Most of the dishes we had were great. Not the best but we did not have any expectation of amazing culinary experiences as the place has small selection of dishes. Good enough for a nice meal after a long travel day & reasonable pricing (our view). How bad can it be if it's part of Hilton chain. The CONs & where do I even start. Our servicer was clearly overwhelmed & need help. Multiple large parties to serve & more diners coming in. She was great in talking to us when we get seated. After that everything went down hill. One hour after seating, our dishes were served. No bread, no refill of water, no hi sorry for the long wait....SILENCE!!! A few tables came way after us were served with their orders, drinks & bread by another servicer but not us. NO one came to check on us. We sit there for an hour watching people around us being served & we got nothing. I would love to be rude & not tip at all but I was taught better than that. This experience is so personally insulting that we felt, for the first time in our lives, that we were discriminated upon. Seriously how can one feel when the servicer gave every table around you bread & butter & refill of water but skipped over your table multiple times!!! We have traveled the world with 60+ countries under our belt & never once did we feel so horrible at dinner. Never again!

Service de Rachel incroyable. Merci pour l'expérience. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était excellent. C'est sûr que je vais le recommander & revenir déjeuner ici. Mention spéciale pour le brie... une tuerie.

Superbe endroit classe & calme parfait pour un petit dejeuner relaxant. Accueil parfait, service très chaleureux & très souriant par Rachel. Buffet très varié d'une qualité exceptionnelle : bacon saucisse oeufs saumon fumé, fuits, gateaux divers, pain perdu, crepe, smoothies.. .. 36$ par adulte.

Nous avons passé un merveilleuxa moment en compagnie de Nicolas, notre serveur, qui a su maintenir un servir exemplaire en présence de ma compagne qui fêtait son anniversaire. Je remercie également le sous chef, qui a su nous préparer un dessert inoubliable avec des bougies pour immortaliser ce moment. Ma compagne est heureuse de cette soirée & je vous en remercie infiniment.
