Seriously this was the best croissant of my life, the atmosphere was so cozy too & coffee absolutely delicious!
My sis & I came here at 2:30PM on Sunday. As soon as we walked in, we weren't greeted or spoken to in a friendly way. Both, the girl & guy made no eye contact, no smile, they seemed very snobby & judgemental. We came here based on good reviews & walked 20 mins. If I'm a paying customer, I expect to be greeted with a smile AS THE BARE MINIMUM. To top it off, they weren't friendly or nice about answering our questions. I left without even taking a sip of my coffee. Goodbye & hope you learn about proper Customer Service.
Such a nice aesthetic cafe. Reminds me of Korean style coffee shops. Croissant & coffee were delicious. Recommended.
Went in at 3:30 & was told they were closed when they were still making coffee & had pastries. When I walked in, they took the menus away & continued serving the white girls sitting down.
Have your pastries to go. We were so disappointed by our experience. Having lived in Denmark we were so excited to hear about this place & looked forward to it. There's very little Danish about this cafe except for the floral arrangements, maybe. Surprised to read the team actually went to Copenhagen to get inspired. Looks like they completely missed out on the concept of hygge which is not just about design, but service! Pastries were the only redeeming quality. I didn't have coffee as they didn't offer decaf & my husband's & in-laws' coffees were not warm enough (cups are thick pottery & should be warmed up with hot water before serving). I think the whole concept needs to be revisited. A pastry counter seems more of a win.
Amazing coffee & excellent pour-overs. Competent & friendly staff, great atmosphere, & fair prices. Highly recommended!
Lovely space. Appreciate all the intricate details & the coffee selection.
Really nice cafe in a great location in Quebec City. The coffee was excellent & the service was friendly.
