I would say the coffee here is'good', not great which I expected based on the prices & overall vibe the place is trying to give off. That being said it is one of the better places in the city to get a coffee. I would rate it 4 stars based on the coffee & service - again it would've probably been 5 if the prices matched what you receive, however, I would also subtract another due to the fact there are no toilets here please put a warning at the door - I had to rush through my coffee & pastry & cut my time short.

Definitely the best coffee shop I've ever been in Canada🥹the bean used are all from La Cabra roaster, one of the best roasters in the world! This roaster isn't very common here, so I was pleasantly surprised. 🤭They use V60 smart cup to brew the pour over & the quality is very reliable. The atmosphere inside & outside are both amazing. Specialty coffee enthusiast, please come!!!

Amazing coffee! One of the best flat whites I've ever had. The basque cheesecake was to die for. Bit pricey but totally worth it.

Café Apotek is a cozy little gem tucked away in Old Québec's Vieux-Port, known for its minimalist Nordic vibe & top-tier coffee. Housed in a charming 19th-century building, it serves up expertly crafted espresso drinks & matcha lattes, along with beautiful house-made pastries like cardamom buns, mascarpone-raspberry rolls, & Basque cheesecake. The space is small with limited seating & no restroom, so it's better suited for a quick coffee break than a long hangout-but the quality & attention to detail make it a worthwhile stop for anyone who appreciates a great café experience.

i had a delicious coffee & pastry that saved me on a rainy day. love the clean modern look to cafe apotek & the way it combines with the old quebec building character. i've thought about it a lot since i visited.
