Ça fait longtemps que je vais chez Olive & Apotek & je dois dire que c'est vraiment le meilleur café latte qu'on puisse vous servir à Québec. Un café avec une ambiance unique, des personnes super sympas & des produits uniques aussi, je vous recommande leurs pâtisseries, particulièrement le cannelé & si vous avez l'occasion leur déjeuner danois est vraiment top aussi.

En cherchant un café près du musée, j'ai découvert Apotek. Le latte était délicieux! Je tiens à souligner l'excellent service du barista derrière le comptoir samedi en fin d'après-midi (avenant, professionnel & chaleureux). J'y retournerai assurément lors de mon prochain passage à Québec.

Horrible experience. Staff irrespectueux. La barista nous a clairement ignoré puis était glaciale. Après avoir attendu devant elle qu'elle prenne notre commande 20 min avec zéro autre personne au comptoir! La politesse & le respect ne sont aucunement au rendez-vous en tout cas. Je ne recommande pas du tout! Puis je ferais passer le mot. Mais quel service vraiment.

La dame au comptoir est très impolie. Elle nous a laissées 20minutes en plein silence debout sans prendre notre commande or que le café n'était pas si plein & aucune file d'attente. Littéralement à nous laissés pointés la. Puis quand nous avons décidés de prendre nos manteaux a dit »you're not gonna order? » euh non. Beau décor mais manque de respect par exemple. L'un ne remplace pas l'autre :)

Cannelé croquant en surface & moelleux à l'intérieur. Le matcha latte est incroyablement délicieux. Oncteux & légèrement sucré (le lait?). Le seul bémol est qu'il n'y a pas de toilettes. J'y reviendrai pour le matcha & les pâtisseries.
