Super expérience central & sans bruit. Bémol pour notre chambre: la climatisation a un affichage lumineux donc pour ceux qui ont besoin de clim & d'être dans le noir pour dormir cela n'est pas l'idéal; luminosité d'une nuit de pleine lune & impossible à couvrir car en hauteur. Le lit était aussi trop dur pour moi.
Par contre propreté parfaite, salle de bain merveilleuse & service excellent!!! Forfait petit déjeuner idéal & localisation centrale sans bruit & à distance de marche raisonnable du Vieux Québec.
Beau séjour en famille pour le temps des fêtes. Très agréable avec le salon à l'étage pour se retrouver sur le grand sofa en cuir. Service & propreté des chambres impeccables.

Le restaurant est bien. La dame de ménage est sympathique. L'entrée dans l'hôtel se fait par code. La chambre 5 présentait plusieurs défauts : partie droite du lit défoncée (donc nuit en pente ; défaut déjà signalé par des clients depuis le début du mois d'août), porte de la salle de bain qui grince de manière épouvantable, interrupteur de la lampe principale défectueux.
Bel endroit, propre, beau resto, personnel compétent & chaleureux. Excellent café. Mais la télévision ne fonctionnait pas, pas de crochet pour nos vêtements dans la salle de bain, pas de cafetière ni dans la chambre ni dans le salon commun & le restaurant ouvrait seulement à 8h ; donc pour les lève-tôt, c'est long attendre 2 heures notre café matinal. Donc quelques petites choses qui pourraient facilement être améliorées afin d'augmenter l'expérience client.
La seule chose qui manquait dans la chambre c'était un café de courtoisie, par contre j'imagine que celui-ci était disponible dans le salon du premier palier près du bureau de réception, mais je n'ai pas poussé la curiosité & ne suis pas allé y voir, ni regardé si l'info était disponible dans le fascicule de l'hotel. Ceci dit le séjour dans votre établissement était agréable en tout point.
