One of the best eating experiences during my Quebec City trip. The BBQ was fantastic. The servers were friendly & knowledgeable. I would eat here again in a heart beat.

Overall good meal & experience here. Great service & one of the best Mac & cheeses I've ever had. The brisket however tasted more like a pot roast & not bbq.

One of the best meals I've ever had. It's a southern BBQ & French fusion restaurant which in itself is a rare combo but they make it work. Staff are extremely friendly knowledgeable & approachable. They take the time to go through the menu with you dish by dish & explain each item in detail. You never need to ask twice or even ask for most things as they are constantly paying attention to whatever you may need. I had the Bicep Ceasar which was probably the best Ceasar I've ever had. It came with bourbon & fresh bacon on top & was amazing. I also had the fois gras, brisket, duck pastrami & Mac & cheese. Everything was amazing. The brisket was juicy & tender with great flavor & that & the fois gras just melted in your mouth. The duck pastrami was something so unique I knew I had to try it. It was tender juicy & filled with so much flavor. But the Mac & cheese might of been the best I've ever had. It was rich creamy with OKA cheese & duck, full of flavor & everything Mac & cheese should be & more. Ive spent a good amount of time in in south at BBQ restaurants but none of it came close to what they have here. 5/5 easy anytime I come back to Quebec city I'll be making a reservation here. Just gotta make sure I book weeks in advance because this place fills up quick but rightfully so.

Within minutes of opening, all the tables are taken. Was fortunate to grab a seat at the bar. & this is on a week night after a long weekend. If that doesn't suggest how wonderful a spot this is, you need to experience it! The food, wow! Had the BBQ combo Texas bbq with a French Canadian twist. The sweet potato side was something special. Topped with whipped marcapone, black truffle, smoked bacon & arugula. Oh & Nick at the bar was a delight to speak with. Was a help explaining the menu & a great host 1000% will be back!

Je donne que très rarement un note parfaite, mais ce resto est le meilleur du genre (côtés levées, brisquet, etc), on se croirait au coeur du Texas car ils ont ce don d'apprêter leurs viandes comme seul le sud des États-Unis sait le faire. D'ailleurs l'ambiance, la décoration & surtout l'odeur de fumoir & de charbon de bois vous plongera comme si vous étiez au coeur du bayou. Bouffe parfaite, un service attentionné comme il est rare de vivre de nos jours, les prix sont à la hauteur de se vous allez savourer dans votre assiette. Les gros appétits trouveront chaussures à leurs pieds dans ce menu simple mais décadent. Réservez longtemps d'avance & évitez les vêtements trop chaud, optez plutôt pour votre t-shirt de redneck préféré ! C'était ma première fois, & j'y retournerais très bientôt. Bravo à toute l'équipe de Bicep BBQ!

I visited on a Monday evening because Google had great ratings & it showed that the restaurant was open. I showed up wondering how the heck is this restaurant open because no one was parked in the lot. Sure enough when I walked up to the front door I wasn't able to open it because the restaurant was in fact closed. So I went & found another restaurant. I found the courage to return the following day & I'm so glad that I did. I made a reservation from Google for one person, & upon entering I was offered to place at the bar. it's a very cosy & intimate restaurant, & I eventually made friends with the people sitting beside me. One of them was a regular, & he highly recommended the duck breast.. since it was my first time, they suggested that I tried the combo plate because then you can taste a little bit of everything. So I ordered the combo & had the sweet potato as my side.. oh my God the meal was delicious. The sweet potato top with mascarpone was heavenly. They have a few varieties of beers on top. Otherwise they have a full bar & really knowledgable bartenders. The Ian side was really great. The smell was out of a smoky barbeque hut. Actually when I got back to the hotel afterwards, I could smell campfire & it took me a really long time to figure out that I was the one who smelled like a campfire ha ha. Despite the slight mishap of that they were open on Monday I was very happy with my experience, & would highly recommend anyone to this place who likes bbq!

Après plusieurs années loin du Biceps BBQ y revenir est un réel plaisir. La qualité & le goût de la cuisine y est toujours aussi fantastique, ambiance comme nul part ailleurs, service impeccable & courtois
Pas de cérémonie , simplement que du bon temps en bonne compagnie avec l'équipe du Biceps!
