I ordered the rib eye which was easily the best steak I have eaten in decades. It melted in my mouth. My family ordered fried chicken & brisket. Both were wonderful & just as good as any bbq I have had in St Louis or Texas.
Our server was so good. I cannot say that more emphatically. She made us feel at home even though my French is poor & no one else in the family spoke it. She guided us through the menu which had a lot of fun flourishes like the bacon shots. The sweet potato was a real surprise with marscapone, arugula & vinegar. The poutine was great. It was nice that they kept their quebecois influences while serving southern style bbq.
Would definitely go back.

Le service était très bien, on mélange de deux serveuse qui venait nous voir lorsque l'autre était dans le ju, on ne c jamais senti seul ou mal servit. La nourriture tout simplement incroyable, on a goûter à tout, le big rib, cote levé, brisket, saucisse, bacon, poutine, même le gâteau au carotte, on a pris deux cocktails… c la meilleur place pour manger de la bonne viande de qualité qui font en bouche a coup sûr. Je le recommande à tous, même la poutine, surment la meilleur poutine classique que j'ai manger & de loin, les frites sont juste incroyable!

Ne juger pas par le contenant. Vraiment une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle. Nous avons pris le menu découverte. Tout, Vraiment tout était excellent. Notre fils a pris une poutine. Il a adoré. Les oreilles de criss sont des incontournables. Le service est sympathique & excellent. Nous avons dû attendre 3 mois avant notre visite qui en a valu la peine.

Le service, la nourriture, l'expérience étaient géniaux. La qualité des plats, goûteux sans le flafla qui peut parfois masquer le goût. Viande tendre, bacon délicieux, canard excellent, poutine & la crème brûlée, les meilleures au monde selon mon cadet. Vraiment très bruyant par contre, des bouts, c'était limite agressant, mais il semblait y avoir deux tables de fêtés. Tu n'y vas pas pour discuter paisiblement en amoureux, à moins que ce que l'autre a à dire ne t'intéresse pas, ça se peut, on juge pas...mais pour avoir un bon moment jovial en famille ou entre amis. Nous avons tous apprécié notre soirée. Merci!

I feel like it is a bit unfair to compare this to the real deal yeehaw stuff but im gonna have to. The BBQ is definitely not the best i have had. Not as tender & fall off the bones as i would have liked. However, the slaw & the poutine there were honestly a huge surprise for me as i would definitely love to have it again. The ribs were also a plus as they were on par with what i am use to state side. The service was great & made for a fun experience. 7/10

The food was simply amazing. The wait staff were top notch. Attentive, ready to answer any question, simply great staff. A great experience overall. I will be going back again for sure. Side note, the poutine BBW, looks pricey, but it's huge, a meal to itself, or share
