Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Magnificent. Gabriel is an extraordinary bartender with the best recommendations. Beef rib, bacon, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, & another beef rib for dessert.

Tout ce qu'on a mangé était excellent. Je voulais juste des frites avec mes ribs (côte-levées) ou une autre sorte d'accompagnement, la viande est très bonne, mais avoir juste ça dans l'assiette, c'était bizarre.
Même ci le service était très bien, ceux de chaque côté de nous ont été mieux servi & conseillers que nous.
L'ambiance est exceptionnelle, la décoration, tout est bien pensé!
Pour les passionnés de viande, je le conseil fortement.
C'était une assez bonne expérience majoritairement!

Les entrées de hush puppies & de tataki de macreuse à la coréenne étaient délicieuses.

Le short rib! Wow wow wow! Un incontournable pour nous.

La poêlé de champignons au foie gras fut un très belle découverte.

Wow wow & wow!!! Enfin un vrai resto style BBQ américain au Québec. Nous avons mangés comme des rois tout en étant servis par un staff tellement sympathique & rigolo que l'expérience est encore meilleur. Mais la nourriture est juste incroyable, les oreilles de crisse sont les meilleurs du monde , le brisquet tendre & goûteux tu peux le couper avec un couteau à beurre, le short rib de boeuf une finesse & a l'air d'un os de dinosaure tellement il est gros. Un top of the hat au chef Vincent Chatigny & un incontournable a Québec!

I ordered the rib eye which was easily the best steak I have eaten in decades. It melted in my mouth. My family ordered fried chicken & brisket. Both were wonderful & just as good as any bbq I have had in St Louis or Texas.
Our server was so good. I cannot say that more emphatically. She made us feel at home even though my French is poor & no one else in the family spoke it. She guided us through the menu which had a lot of fun flourishes like the bacon shots. The sweet potato was a real surprise with marscapone, arugula & vinegar. The poutine was great. It was nice that they kept their quebecois influences while serving southern style bbq.
Would definitely go back.

In town to visit family. I'm 60+ having tried bbq all over the world including all 50 US states, these were the best ribs I've ever had!

Fantastic. After you're done stuffing your face with maple-smoked, coffee-rubbed meat, you'll be lucky if you can muster a'tabarnak!'

You can't go wrong with your order, everything we tried was made with care & quality ingredients. The beef ribs were our favourite. The dark chocolate crème brûlée with marshmallows sounded suspicious, but turned out to be a highlight.

The bloke behind the bar with the compelling moustache provided exceptional service. Truly above & beyond.

Do not let the facade of this establishment fool you. Inside is an intimately lit room with a small bar off to the corner. Penelope & Gabriel were wonderful hosts & a wealth of knowledge on mixology. I honestly put a lot of the knowledge they were unloading on me into my back pocket. Their expertise in their craft is a marvel to watch & an absolute pleasure to talk to.

For dinner, I chose the St Louis ribs paired with Cheval Blanc. The maple syrup & red ale glaze were amazing. The meat fell off the bone as it should.

For dessert, carrot cake with an espresso martini as recommended by Gabriel. Sweet & savory & a lot bigger than I expected, half of it definitely came home with me.

Overall, 11/10 for the simple fact that every turn, I was blown away by everything. My next visit will definitely have this in the plans. Thank you!
