About

Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

LA place AU Québec pour mangé du vrai BBQ! Mais plus encore! Un des rare restaurant ou TOUT est fait sur place. Pas de préparé en usine & acheté au fournisseur! Le restaurant de Vincent est un incontournable/incomparable!

I feel like it is a bit unfair to compare this to the real deal yeehaw stuff but im gonna have to. The BBQ is definitely not the best i have had. Not as tender & fall off the bones as i would have liked. However, the slaw & the poutine there were honestly a huge surprise for me as i would definitely love to have it again. The ribs were also a plus as they were on par with what i am use to state side. The service was great & made for a fun experience. 7/10

Wow wow & Re-WOW Juste du bonheur mon passage chez vous Biceps BBQ ! J'ai été recommandé par un ami d'aller manger chez vous. Alors j'ai organisé avec mon frère ça femme & ma femme une promenade de moto l'été passer ,qui nous a apportez à Québec. J'avais déjà réserver notre repas à l'avance, car mon ami m'avait dit que sinon je ne pourrais manger car toute est toujours plein, & maintenant je comprends pourquoi vous êtes toujours plein 👍😉! Je vais être très honnête avec vous à notre arrivée, je me suis dit(on est pas à la bonne place ) alors j'ai appelé mon ami qui m'a dit (fais moi confiance tu vas pas le regretter) effectivement nous ne l'avons pas regretté,tellement que j'y retourne avec ma femme & 4 autre personne le 27 janvier, pour leurs faire découvrir ce paradis gastronomique 😊 Merci à toute l'équipe de Biceps BBQ nous avons tellement bien manger & le service juste malade ❤️👍❤️😉

J'ai trouvé mon nouveau resto préféré! 😍 J'ai pas d'autres mots pour décrire mon expérience. Le personnel est ultra sympathique, les cocktails sont divins & les assiette... wow! C'est un incontournable pour les amateurs de bbq!
