Très belle expérience culinaire . Brisket 5⭐. Tout était bon . Le poulet tendre & juteux . Nous avons adoré les aubergines . Le service était parfait , composé de plusieurs serveurs . Service rapide , & personnel très aimable & courtois . Belle ambiance , décor unique . On se sentait dans un pub texan. Nous y retournerons. Je vous conseille fortement Chez Biceps BBQ.

Omg! Everything! The sampler sharing menu! The brisket, the ribs, the duck, the Mac & cheese, the sweet potatoes, the seafood hush puppies, & OMG, the pork rinds - the very best I have ever had, & I'm a southerner from the US & know what pork rinds should taste like. The maple, red ale beer sauce that coated the pork rinds is to die for. The entire sampler sharing menu is out of this world, Southern US inspired, damn good! I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this place. The carrot cake is sooo good. It was our favorite over the lemon tart pie. The shot of bourbon with the bacon was a very nice surprise & added touch.

The atmosphere is super fun & great. The servers & wait staff are also super fun, tentative, & happy to share all the deliciousness with their customers.

If you don't eat meat, this place is not for you! Meat eaters, meat, & BBQ lovers, this place is chef's kiss 💋.

Its a shame that such a cool spot had such a poor service. We felt that drinks were imposed, no menu no price on the drinks you have to ask. We had different servers ask the same questions. Disappointed to say the least for a first visit. Food was okay, expected bigger portions for the price or at least better quality. The 3 pieces of Brisket were slightly dry. Ribs were good the rest mediocre. Note that waiting time from sit down was 1h30. Service: 3/10 Food: 7/10 Price: 3/10 Atmosphere: 8/10

Originalité: 10/10 Ambiance : 10/10 Les drinks : 10/10 Les à côtés: 11/10 Le brisket: 5/10 Endroit super charmant avec une atmosphère vraiment cool ! Des drinks "sa coche", des à-côtés à faire tomber la terre mais par contre un brisket servit dans le jus ... 😬 disons que ma mère fait un aussi bon rôti de palette.

One of the best meals I've ever had. It's a southern BBQ & French fusion restaurant which in itself is a rare combo but they make it work. Staff are extremely friendly knowledgeable & approachable. They take the time to go through the menu with you dish by dish & explain each item in detail. You never need to ask twice or even ask for most things as they are constantly paying attention to whatever you may need. I had the Bicep Ceasar which was probably the best Ceasar I've ever had. It came with bourbon & fresh bacon on top & was amazing. I also had the fois gras, brisket, duck pastrami & Mac & cheese. Everything was amazing. The brisket was juicy & tender with great flavor & that & the fois gras just melted in your mouth. The duck pastrami was something so unique I knew I had to try it. It was tender juicy & filled with so much flavor. But the Mac & cheese might of been the best I've ever had. It was rich creamy with OKA cheese & duck, full of flavor & everything Mac & cheese should be & more. Ive spent a good amount of time in in south at BBQ restaurants but none of it came close to what they have here. 5/5 easy anytime I come back to Quebec city I'll be making a reservation here. Just gotta make sure I book weeks in advance because this place fills up quick but rightfully so.
