Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Belle ambiance sud Americaine, personnel amical, & la bouffe...un pur délice. Même ma fille qui est végétarienne à adoré son plat. & que dire de moi, la brisket & les ribs etaient parfaites.

Franchement, on a tellement bien mangé, abondance de viande & de bon goût! La rib de b?uf était malade mentale, la sauce BBQ est goûteuse, tout était bon, le poulet frit, le bacon, le saumon fumé, le tartare de b?uf est superbe, un des meilleurs... & même après avoir autant mangé, ç'aurait été un péché de passer à côté de la crème brûlée!!
Le personnel est fantastique, de l'accueil au départ, une panoplie de petites attentions, pratiquement tous(tes) les serveurs(ses) sont passés au moins une fois nous voir, on n'a jamais manqué de rien, invasion de sourires!
Finalement l'ambiance, confortable & éclectique, s'asseoir dans la section avant pour une soirée plus discrète, ou près des cuisines & du bar pour une expérience plus bruyante & énergique.
Superbe soirée, à répéter. N'oubliez pas votre 5$ pour brocher au plafond...

Excellent! We ordered a tasting platter....ribs, sausage, steak, langoustine, brisket, fois gras, brussel sprouts, mac n" cheese, coleslaw, pickles. Everything was amazing! Brisket was tender, well seasoned. ribs were succulent with an amazing house sauce! Fois gras was cooked to perfection. & the steak!....OMG....Joe Beef (Mtl) has a new cometitor! sausage was super flavourful....not fatty. Brussel sprouts were tender but crunchy & mixed with the house bacon. Mac n" cheese was TO DIE FOR with pieces of fois gras, mixed with the best sauce! Langoustine were cooked perfectly. The ambiance is amazing, & the service OUTSTANDING! Thanx Samuel! Will be back to try the lemon pie!!! Merci encore de Kelowna, BC!
