Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Bouffe bien faite & excellent service. Il y a avait cependant trop de choix non disponibles (nous étions au deuxième service) & notre bouteille de vin avait été facturée 2 fois. Les serveurs auraient intérêt à vérifier les factures avant de nous les remettre. Somme toute, super concept de restau, très festif & authentique dans son genre & unique à Qc. Bravo!! On a laissé un 5$ au plafond 😉

Ce restaurant est parfait en tout point. Le service est impeccable à chaque fois, un mélange parfait entre convivialité sans être déplacée & professionnalisme. On s'y sent vraiment les bienvenus. On ressent le plaisir des employés à travailler à cet endroit. La nourriture est toujours plus qu'excellente, je n'ai jamais été déçue Sur aucun plat & j'ai plusieurs visites à mon actif! Unique dans son style dans la ville de Québec, c'est un incontournable. Réservez rapidement, ça vaut la peine!!
