Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Encore une fois , une soirée parfaite !
Notre serveuse était super avec nous , drôle , professionnelle . Nos assiettes étaient bien remplies!!! La qualité de la viande est impeccable.
Troisième visite à ce restaurant & c'est loin d'être terminé!

Toujours un WOW !!! La brisket, la côte de boeuf le tout savoureux, tendre . Un méga coup de coeur. Service impeccable:) Une équipe formidable!!! Un léger bémol, le carpaccio de boeuf qui est servi avec une vinaigrette & celle-ci fait en sorte que le boeuf ne garde pas sa couleur rouge. La viande se retrouve ainsi "cuite".

Service exceptionnel, le staff était amicale & souriant, ils ont visiblement du plaisir en travaillant, nous avons manqué de rien. La nourriture était de très bonne qualité & très gouteuse. Nous avons pris des côtes levées, mac & cheese, patates farcis, bacon on the side ainsi que la saucisse. La viande est tendre, elle fond dans la bouche. Les portions sont généreuse. L'ambiance est cozy mais c'est quand même loud, similaire à une cabane à sucre en terme d'ambiance seulement. Je recommande à tous amateurs de viande. 10/10

Peut-être un peu dispendieux, mais une qualité de nourriture excellente. Je n'ai jamais mangé un morceau de viande comme ça! Une salade de choux & cornichon excellent aussi. Une patate sucrée & le poivron sont aussi excellent. À essayer absolument!
