Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Notre expérience chez Biceps BBQ à été extraordinaire!!! La qualité exceptionnelle des plats : les mélanges de saveurs, les textures tant des différentes pièces de viandes que des entrees & sidedishs. & que dire du service : tout simplement fabuleux. Le personnel est très attentionné, drôle & toujours à l'affût de nos besoins. Tout était parfait. Nous avons adore & on planifie déjà notre prochaine visite!

Très bon service, personnel agréable, dynamique & souriant. J'avais tes attente peut-être trop haute, je voulais avoir le goût du bbq du sud, légèrement fumer, des touches de sucré, épicé, aigre & des petits bout croustillants, je suis reparti déçu mais bon a chacun son idée du bbq
